I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis Reviews

I really liked the novel. Compared to other books on this platform there was significantly fewer grammatical errors. Only a few instances of mixing up writing he or she. It could still use more editing, to make some things clearer. For example some elements of the story that happened in 1 day last several chapters, but they could be condensed to just a few and they story would flow better and still convey the key details. There were a few loose ends to the story. We see the main family several years in the future happy and healthy. But before the time jump, there were some conflicts that weren't resolved. Genevieve (I'll call G) had been ruining Mira's business, was this fixed. It briefly said while Mira was pregnant she went to work at the shop but we don't know if the shop is struggling or doing well. What about her French shop and all the jewelry stores she now owns. G was also claiming to be having Ash's baby since she thought she slept with him but after she went to his parents for help there was no other mentioned. Ash had issues with his family, he was supposed to be sending his father to Africa. Did he ever go? What about Mira's family? Told her dad died but what about mom and sister, cousins? What about the Granger family? What about all Mira and Ash's friends? We're left wondering about them. If you thought of this book as a tv show, they were main regular characters for ½-¾ of the way, then they are just gone without any resolution. So with the editing and then adding chapters to resolve plot points it could be an exceptional book.

There are sssoooo many places that really told the story like it was real life! However, there were a few places that showed the author didn’t have the story straight like when the family kept getting backwards and the story line was skipped because of a plot twist. I think this is one of the best novels I have read recently and I would love to see more from the author, but I would love to see the more interesting plot twist as we all read for the drama!! Keep them coming!!

I used to be a purist. Books are made of paper and are tactile creatures. This way of reading is new to me. But this story alone has made me change my mind.🤩 Now so many questions. How does Ash know Mira? Is she who he has really always pined for? Reads at the right pace. Story flows. You get sucked almost immediately. If I’m not hooked in the first 3 chapters, I move on. But this had me by the end of the first chapter. I’m loving it so far. Congratulations to the author 💕

The first 200 odd chapters were not bad, definately better than her effort at a shifter story. After that however it slowly deteriorated, ending up in juvenile mishmash bordering on sexual abuse and rape. There are two chapters that says the end. The 1 is around 200 capters, the other close to the real end. The middle section quickly deteriorates with total character changes for the leads, and lots of gaps where antagonistic characters just disappear from the story. The very last section is definately missable. It is sad, but I don't think the writer knows how a family operates.

This story was wonderful with all of the ups and downs between all of the characters. Great plot twists that keeps you guessing even when you thought you know what would happen next. Would love to see another book with these characters and maybe more insight on what happened to other key characters wothin the storyline. Plus the extra shenanigans the children will get into as they grow up would be an added bonus to a new storyline. This book was definitely hard to put down

Love this story. It does drag out the whole Rhys thing a bit too much, but I am glad she is finally finding her backbone and telling her family where they can stuff it. I love the blooming relationship between Ashton and her. I live where this at is going. I hope she finally realizes how Ashton truly feels about her. I think once she does it will get hot and steamy between tide two. Ashton truly deserves to be happy. I hope he gets his happy ending as well.

Love the twists and turns in the story line, I’m hoping for a happy ending for mirabel, my only grumble is when the males are hitting the females , not needed , I love the fact that all the men who are the hero’s of the story have a sad back story but are always misunderstood and are always kind behind the mask that they hide behind , more happy endings are needed and more family engagements with both families and children .
