From Best Friend To Fiancé Reviews

The story starts out like what you’d expect and it turns into a very interesting brain teaser. There are so many twists and turns. Whatever you think is going to happen either does not happen or happens in a way you wouldn’t expect which adds excitement to the story. It is far from boring. The author has a way with words. I am definitely enjoying this book and I cannot wait to see how it ends. The journey is quite interesting to say the least.

Great premise and a really strong start. It’s getting a little muddled in the middle with so many twists and turns but the author has a great writing style and injects healthy amounts of humor and spice! This story has very strong rom-com vibes with the added benefits of descriptive sex scenes. The author has created a likable lead character who it’s easy to want to see win in the end. So if you’re a Hallmark movie fan, this story is for you.

Good novel. There's a bit of back and forth which can make it difficult to follow at times but all in all it's worth a read. Started off saying that Alyssa was heavily pregnant but hasn't mentioned it again so far. Love the way there's the sibling rivalry between the sister. Rings true in so many ways. I've been glued to each chapter. Goes into full details of each situation it really engrosses you into the story.

This novel offers a familiar “best friend to fiancée” premise, following two longtime friends who pretend to be engaged to face a complicated family gathering. The setup creates mild tension and some engaging moments as they navigate expectations, past relationships, and unspoken feelings. While it does not reinvent the trope or explore its themes in great depth, it remains an interesting and easy read, with a steady pace and a generally likable dynamic between the leads throughout the story overall tone.

This novel is quite long, still I enjoyed it very much. I like that one can see how it all comes together, not at first but the more one read, the more everything gets clear. If you start to read this novel, I'm sure you will not be able to stop until you have read all chapters. So if you want a long, romantic novel with a lof of detailed sex, go read this novel. Why not start to day?

This novel is too captivating and sassy. It is well written and the author gives enough detail while each chapter has serious cliffhangers. I’m anxious about the male lead and he’s secret lifestyle. Most of the characters seem to represent a typical dysfunctional family. However, I do find the sex scenes between the characters somewhat disturbing. The two sisters have shared men and it is treated as normal. I hope that the female lead gets justice at the some point. I hope there will be more details about the Professor and the abortion story

So far enjoying the story. I laugh everytime Dean is called the weasel, just hilarious. Can't wait for Chlo to get put in her place. Mind wandering on what Roman deal is. Like did he father a child before hmmm. Very upset that Roman and Chlo hooked up ahhhhhh. The rest of family do add to the story with their spot light moments here and there. A little small world with Alyssa having a kid by Roman brother. Which I hope the brother does not come back. Only time will tell.

This is a very entertaining story! I like the way there are clues in earlier chapters that finally come together later in the story. I also like the way some chapters are from Savannah’s point of view and others are from Roman’s point of view. The characters are unique and have intersecting storylines. There are a few inconsistencies, but they don’t really take away from the main plot. Love the dialogue and style of humor! Can’t stop reading it!

The writing is a bit chaotic but it’s an interesting read. Everyone is lying and it’s hard to keep up with who did or said what. There are some plot holes that aren’t addressed. It’s like a soap opera that never gets to the point. I do wish the chapters were longer. I’ll try to finish it but it costs a lot to unlock chapters. Needs better character development or background to gain reader investment.
