Reborn From Regret A Second Chance at Luna's Heart Reviews

So far, I’m liking this story but one part has me confused … why can’t Luna’s mate, Xen, tell she’s not lying through their bond? I get that Sophia is twisted,evil, and using witchcraft so he can’t sense her lies but he should be able to tell about his own mate. Sort of a weak Alpha if he can’t. But I really like Luna! She doesn’t take the abuse most of the FLCs do in these types of books. She’s smart, funny, and loves her son more than anything. Alpha Xen is a blind fool. I just hope someone opens his eyes before he loses his family.

It’s such an interesting captivating story. I’m so addicted. The story is so intriguing, I can’t even imagine myself in Luna’s shoes because what in heaven name is this. Sophia is such a physcopath, a scary bitch, someone that can intentionally hurt her son all because of what she has to gain. I wish there’s a way to make the Alpha see beyond what she claimed to be. You can trust people because you never know what they have in mind for you.

Still towards the start of the book, but it pulls you in. I like that fact there are warnings about possible triggers as the is some abuse to kids with in the story. Though why I'd it that the men never seem to notice things, or so easily used. Are women really thr only ones that read between the lines of what is said and what I'd done? I'm waiting for the moment someone remembers to set up a camera, or record an interaction.

I am between loving and hating this novel when I first found it I loved it now I’m just not so much but I’m hoping it gets better and very interesting again I really have high hopes for it, but so far I want to kick Xenous fictional ass for being so very stupid and Lumina too 🙄 given a second chance and she is making it way worst instead of being smart about it and play to her advantage

We are in the middle of the story. I can only share an opinion about the story so far. Sadly, this is what happens sometimes in real life. It is well written,even though it is a sad story involving child abuse. Sophia is pure evil. She deserves to rot in he'll and have her son taken away from her. And what about Luna's in-laws!!!! I can't believe there are people like that. Xenon deserves to rot with his lover Sophia. Stupid fool!!!!

There is a lot going on in this book so far I mean how could the supposed alpha not see that Sophia was manipulating him I mean come in yes there magic involved but seriously she has a switch she flips every time and the there's the alphas parents and how they treat lumina I mean I would do whatever it took to leave with my kid and never look back what kind of husband ever listens to his wife a bad one or one who's not really in love with you at all.

I want to only give a neutral review because I’m not happy about what the main character and the children are going through. HOWEVER…The author did a good job in making everything believable, so realistic that you find yourself hyperventilating in real time as you read it. Your heart breaks over and over at all the bad treatment and you feel like the characters, and yourself, can’t come up for air. I found myself cheering loudly for Luna and her big heart. She obviously loves her son and in a way, she loves the other boy too by attempting to protect them both from the nasty circumstances they find themselves in. The book does begin on a sad note and it does contain trigger warnings, so be mindful of those as you read!! I really am enjoying the torture because now that I’m invested, I need Luna and the boys to have an HEA. NEED!!! Otherwise, I’m protesting somehow!! Goddess get rid of stupid men, cold hearted men and cruel, vindictive women. Leave us with only the good!!! Ok, off my soapbox and dropping the mic. Going back into the book now…wish me luck!! PS: I tried my best to not include spoilers. If I failed, I’m sorry. I’m only human. 😉

I am really enjoying the book so far. It has some really interesting twist and turns. I like how strong the main female characters role is. I like that when she was given a second chance she grabbed it and she ran with it. Now for the man main character role I really hope he opens his eyes before it's too late. He claims to love his wife and his son but his actions show different from his words. I really hope that the main female character comes out with a happier ending.

It's pretty good. I don't know what happened between chapters 81 and 90. There was repeat chapters of 60 through 70 though which was kind of weird. That probably needs to get fixed. Story keeps you on your toes. I'm rooting for Luna and her mate and I'm hoping Riley gets revenge. I want to know more about the whole magic being illegal and how it can be traced and all of that sort of just in the sidelines there. I mean it's important to the story but there needs to be a little bit more detail about the laws around it I think.
