Alpha's Regret: Losing His True Mate Reviews
Pamela Johnson
It started out as one story, but then switched to another. Very confusing and irritating. I kept reading and did get interested in the second storyline. I was enjoying the story, but the author just up and left us with a very unsatisfying ending. Everything in the story was just left hanging. There needs to be another book to wrap up all the different character storylines. If this is the absolute ending for this story, it is not worth your time or money to read.

In all honesty the book started off great Elodi was strong, Mika was a great friend and Calhoun was an aggravating choice of man but I was curious to see how the story would continue with these people. When the story showed she’d moved on I was ok with that. But then the story changed completely. Like the first relationship. With Calhoun no longer existed. The back story became inconsistent, she met Dante and left her dreams right after work. But she was already done school and working for Calhoun for years. Mila was never mentioned again and the story blossomed into another story entirely. One very similar to another story with a different. And and characters but exactly starts off the same. She comes home hoping for a little family birthday time for herself and daughter is making a bday gift for the mistress. Husband and daughter bother want the mistress and she leaves giving away custody and started her life in tech, in research etc. and moved on with life, still doing her due diligence to her daughter as the person who gave birth but just the bare minimum.

It finished too soon! Would be great to see what happens next with all the characters. Who does Eloide end up with? It's already a long story but does help to broaden the characters. I didn't really understand why Dante felt pressured into marrying her when she got pregnant as he was delighted originally. Some if the characters changed names during the book too so perhaps that could be tidied up plus there was some repetitive parts in the story.

This is two different stories smashed together. The protagonists time with Clahoun and then Dante do not add up. I spent most of the story angry about the antagonists consistently holding the upper hand. So much time was spent developing the deteriorating relationships and the main character's thoughts. Nothing at all is resolved. We are left wondering why the Calhoun story is even brought up and why Dante treats her the way he does. There are so many chaptets that go into painful detail about the main character's mistreatment and there is never any vindication. Very disappointing read. Completely unsatisfying.

Horrible ending, timelines are a joke, character names keeps changing, weak lead, massive plot holes and a total waste for the amount of coins spent! Was really looking forward to her finally getting some back bone and taking back her life and maybe even get revenge but the ending has a billion loose ends. This literally starts off with a character thats never even mentioned again seems like the start of this book was a completely different book as to the ending.

Overall I enjoyed reading this. I was rooting for Harry and Johnny. It was a little confusing going from her being in love with her ceo who was also her FWB, shutting him down, then a whole life that didn't quite line up appeared in Italy. There were times to the original story but not enough for it to make sense. That aside, I liked how Elodie started putting herself first. Will there be a sequel? I would love to read about her being chosen by a partner because she deserves that and I would love to read people's reactions when the truth comes out about her being his wife and this genius.

The beginning of this novel was not needed there really was no correlation. The ending just left me disappointed. There should have been a triumphant moment for Elodie to show all the haters just how brilliant she was and how they misjudged her. The different names used for same characters was confusing too. So many typos throughout the many chapters and we even had to pat twice for the same chapter!! This was a waste of my time and coins.

It begins with an other husband (calhoun) and divorse. She went on happely with another and during the story it is as if he was the first husband and had to give up her study. Nothing was mentioned in the beginning. End the ending is bullshit. The author wasn't there with her head. It is a shame. Could be a great book. The ending could be so mutch better and the beginning is the most confusing part of the book.

I enjoyed the Novel. But how could it end like that. I am totally disappointed. The story lines was easy to follow but I don't know any Mother that would treat their child that cold hearted. You showcase feelings for a relationship between Harry and Elsoide and the story ends without allowing for any communication between them. No one learns of her knowledge in Tech and AI technology or that she's Professor student the story was just getting interesting and it just ends without any closure.

Crap ending! What a waste. Paid a lot of money to read this and didn’t get any kind of resolution at the end. Will be deleting this app even though I paid extra and still have money on tab. So angry!!!!!!!! Honestly they rope you in and keep on having sad things happen you then hope something good happens so you keep reading as you don’t want to end on a sad note. Yet it finishes completely ambiguously. Is this some kind of mental torture joke. Very much like tv production of Jane Austen’s Sandton. Ghastly rubbish ending!
