I like the different perspectives that she writes from. You understand since of the characters and see their motives may not always be what you expected. The drama between what each character wants and what they need is an interesting point of view. You really want to dislike Mia work many good reasons but you can also see why she is so desperate. The same with Thomas. It shows how oblivious he is to anyone else but his own needs.
