The Alpha King's Hated Mate Reviews

When I first started reading this book, I wasn't sure if I would continue. The Alpha was an cruel, uncaring, heartless asshole. But, I continued and glad I did. Raven was a very strong-willed she-wolf that never took flack from anybody, especially the Alpha. The drama around Ariana did seem to drag out too long, but I do like how her life ended. With all the turmoil and evil people (Ariana, Uncle Marcus, Loki, Domenico) Raven was a force to be reckoned with. She held he own against Adriana. She never shied away from keeping her mouth shut to Xander. I loved Dario. What a sweet wolf. Dante, Xander's cousin, was a great friend to Raven. She needed one. I wasn't to sure about adding a vampire to the story. Luckily, hexwas short lived. It would have been nice to have at least one more chapter that talked about Uncle Marcus in the dungeon and if he ever showed any remorse or apologized. Was Raven able to get revenge for her parent's death? I admit I couldn't put the book down until I finished it. Looking forward to the next book.

I love this story... The way he fights the bond and the way she deals with the rejection. Verry curious why she has to hide her powerful wolf and what really happened to her parents. The way she was treated in the beginning was hard to read and they were very cruel to her.. I hope she gets her playback. I am now half way through the book. I am enjoying it so far. I really like this story...

Really enjoyed this book. The female lead was fun, spicy, outgoing and really stood her ground against the male lead. UsuLly I don't like mouthy female characters like her, but she made sense given her history and the way she was raised and what happened to her family. I was also happy that the book took the appropriate amount of time to reveal secrets. I also liked the way the male lead was able to make up for his mistakws.

I liked the story. But it would be better to follow if on top of the charter it says Who point of view it is. Now it was hard to know sometimes. I did not like the much space of white between the lines because it felt like scamming me into paying more because it felt like more whitelines then words. Also sometimes I just read a chapter and the next chapter was the same one. That's not really fair.

Enjoying so far, the only thing about it that is a little irritating is the ads you have to watch. Because the ca-ching is more than I want to spend! But enjoying anyway. Come on people how long does this review have to be to get the reward? I just want to finish the book!!! It has to be a whole 80 words, don't know if I can come up with that many. But giving it a try. Just to be able to read another chapter.

Bit intens at first, but when you bare with the sadism the story evolves and has a nice plot. There are a few inconsistancies in the story, but the characters are well rounded ands well written. The author makes use of the serroundings and sets the ambiance for the story well. Weather I woud reccomand the book or not, I don't know, because of the cruelty at the start. Even tough I finished the book because I was too invested in the story.

This book is awesome. I love the characters, each one has their own story to tell. The mix of emotions, like love, lust, anger, hope, joy, and so much more that i can't mention each. But Raven's personality and resolve even after all that hate that surrounded her, she really is something very special and peculiar. Rising above all others and carry herself with so much confidence. Not scared to love and do her best to get what she wants. Did everything to win Xander, of course with Dario. Love that wolf character. So passionate and loving. I might read this book again and again. Thank you.

Lord have mercy this novel is SPICY! I dont think I have gone through a roller coaster ride of a story in a hot minute but this novel did not disappoint. I cant say "may this love one day find me" but I definitely hope "can the bedroom time find me EVERY DAY".The part that I loved the most was the author's side note: "Dario for President" 😂 it made me laugh so hard after the handful of chapters I just read 🤫

i need to know what is so special about her wolf! this story is so interesting who is the person that is setting her up and what the heck does the rogue alpha have to do with all of this? i honestly feel like if not adriana herself it has a lot to do with her family and she does not even know. i’m so happy that they are marked and mated so now i can’t put the book down

The Alpha King’s Hated Mate” by Night Owl is a dark werewolf romance that follows Raven, a strong and resilient female lead who is hated and mistreated by her pack, especially by the ruthless Alpha King Xander—who later turns out to be her fated mate. The story fits perfectly into the bully-to-lover trope, where the male lead starts off extremely cruel, rejecting and humiliating her, which makes the early chapters quite intense and sometimes hard to read. However, what makes the novel engaging is Raven’s strength—she doesn’t stay silent or weak, and her character growth, along with the unfolding secrets and revenge elements, keeps the plot addictive. While the story can feel a bit slow and repetitive at times, especially with common tropes like rejection and pack drama, it still manages to hook readers emotionally. Overall, it’s a very dramatic, toxic, and binge-worthy novel, especially if you enjoy intense alpha male dynamics and enemies-to-lovers relationships, though it may not suit readers who prefer softer or healthier romance.
