AlphaNovel supports three login methods: Email/password, Google, and Apple. If you can't log in, the most common reason is using a different method than the one you originally registered with.
Try each method to find your account. Your library and coin balance are tied to the original login method.
Step 2 — Reset your password (email accounts)If you use email login and forgot your password, tap Forgot password? on the login screen and follow the instructions. See How to reset my password for details.
Step 3 — Check if your account is blockedAccounts that violate our Terms of Service may be temporarily or permanently blocked. If you see a block notice, contact support to understand the reason and next steps.
Step 4 — Multiple accountsIf you registered more than once (e.g. once with Google and once with email), your coins and library may be in a different account. Try logging in with each method to locate your content.
Still can't access your account?Contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your account nickname or registered email
- The login method you used (email / Google / Apple)
- A description of the issue and any error messages shown
- On the login screen, tap or click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (also check your spam/junk folder).
- Click the link in the email and set a new password.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you're entering the exact email address you registered with.
- If you signed up with Google or Apple, your account doesn't have a separate password — log in using that same social login method instead.

- Your account nickname
- The email address you registered with
- Proof of account ownership (e.g. a screenshot of your purchase history or library)
Our team will verify your identity and help you regain access.
We can block your account for 7 days if we identify any suspicious and fraudulent activity. Please note that we are committed to ensuring our platform is safe and secure for all users.Therefore, we would appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
You can delete your account on the “Profile page.” Open “Settings,” then touch “DEACTIVATE MY PROFILE” and push “DEACTIVATE.”
Android users:
- Open the "Profile" page and click "Edit Profile" at the top right.
- Touch the box with your date of birth. To the right of "Selected date," you will see a pencil icon - tap on it.
- Please insert the date of birth as - dd/mm/yyyy, or you can choose it manually in the calendar.
- Press "OK" and then the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the screen.
iOS users:
- Open the "Profile" page and click "Edit Profile" at the top right corner.
- Touch the box with your date of birth. Scroll until you select the day, month, and year you need.
- Press the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the screen.
To get started, open the "Profile" page and click "Edit Profile" at the top right.Touch the box with your username and type your new nickname.Press the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the screen.
To log out, open the "Profile Page" and press the "Settings" button. Touch the "LOGOUT" button and then confirm.
This situation is usually caused by the reason you are using a newly registered account. Please check your login method and attempt to log in with the other methods. You may try to remember which signing method you used for the first time. Feel free to contact us if this advice doesn't help you.
